On 27 March, Gazeta Prawna published the Developers Ranking in which J.W. Construction Holding S.A. took first place.
J.W. Construction increases apartment prices
Since 21 February 2008, the prices of apartments in two Warsaw construction projects JWCH – Lewandów Park II and Zielona Dolina (ul. Zdziarska) have increased by 10% per sq m.
J.W. Construction met the financial forecasts for 2007
The Company met the forecasts, achieving very good results for 2007. Net profit totalled PLN 148.4 million, that is over 12% more than in 2006 and 1.9 million more than predicted.

J.W. Construction Bulgaria EOOD, a subsidiary of the largest Polish residential developer, was established to handle development projects in Bulgaria. JWC is planning to purchase land for building holiday apartments there.
