The scope of our sales offer encompasses the apartments with diversified floorages, situated in the central part of capital city as well as in its outskirts and also in LÓDŹ or GDYNIA. All housing estates are designed as the integral urban complexes characterized by attractive architectural solution and functionality. As a rule they are secured objects. All housing estates are fenced, integrated with surrounding greens and provided with convenient communication with the city. The apartments are sold in five sales salons and in seven sales offices existing in Warsaw, Łódź, Gdynia and Sochaczew where the offer encompassing the houses and apartments is presented to our potential clients in the complete and actual scope. According to typical sales contract for apartments, the payments are made by the Clients in the periods occurring at the end of each construction milestone in course of specific project. The Company introduced also the sales program 10/90 or 20/80 consisting in the payment of 10% or 20% of the established price by the Client at the signature of sales contract for apartment and in the payment of remaining 90% or 80% at the apartment acceptance.
