Actually J.W. Construction is the largest developer company in Poland acting in the scope of implementation of developer projects in the most promising local housing markets in Poland i.e. in Warsaw, 艁脫D殴 and TR脫JMIASTO (TRICITY). Warsaw is the largest and the basic market for the activity of the Company. Since several years the Company belongs to the group of 500 largest enterprises in Poland.

History of the Company

J.W. Construction Holding S.A. is the legal successor of the Company Towarzystwo Budownictwa Mieszkaniowego „Batory” sp. z o.o. which has been established in 1994. The investment in Z膮bki was the first housing project implemented by the Company and Hotel 500 in Zegrze was the first completed recreation object. On 4th June 2007 Construction Holding S.A. debuted on the Stock Exchange in Warsaw. Total number of apartments and single – family houses finished and included in the scope of projects actually continued by the Company achieved the level exceeding 20 thousand of apartments and 350 houses.
The Company operates under the name J.W. Construction Holding S.A since 2001.

The proposals of the Company in the scope of developer activity:

1) Multi – family buildings subdivided into the following market segments:
• Flats in popular and improved standard
• Apartments
2) Single – family houses detached and in row housing

The Company J.W. Construction Holding S.A. obtained ISO 9001:2001 Certificate in 2003 as the first housing developer in Poland.

The main objectives of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. development are focused on:

• Consolidation of its position of the largest developer in the housing sector
• Continuation of new land acquisition process in order to extend the scope of the Company activity and its further development
• Increase of independence on external subcontractors, in form of further extension of own contracting capacities.

Achievements and actual proposals

Total number of single – family houses and apartments completed and of actually implemented projects encompasses over 20 000 apartments and 350 single – family houses. In 2006 the Company sold 4 035 apartments i.e. two times more than in 2005. The portfolio of actually implemented projects amounts 7000 apartments with total floorage of about 380 000 m2, which will be handed over to the Clients in years 2007-2009. The construction of the next about 6.500 apartments is planned on the lands being in the possession of the Company.

Quality

In order to meet top requirements and to successfully compete on the market, the Company initiate the actions resulting in the obtainment of ISO 9001:2001 Certificate in October 2003. This fact is reflected in practice in form of further improvement of customers service and quality of offered dwellings.

Partners and subcontractors

The group performs its mission in cooperation with proved partners and subcontractors including the designers, suppliers of raw materials and building materials, formworks, equipment, machinery and specialized plants. The experience gained in course of many years’ cooperation makes it possible to improve efficiency of the whole investment process and to minimize the prime costs. Therefore it is possible to maintain competitive prices of proposed apartments.

Staff

About 1100 persons using the modern, efficient and safe machinery and specialized equipment are employed at the construction sites by the Company J.W. Construction. Owing to their knowledge, skills and reliability, the Group is able to perform its obligation properly and timely.

Postsales Service

In order to ensure efficient functioning of the housing estates, the Company is also engaged in their administration and gained significant experience in that scope. Owing to professional personnel employed in the Company, it is possible to select the capacities and means required for efficient functioning of the residential and commercial complexes in a manner optimal for the objects. The wide knowledge of the contractors and subcontractors market in the scope of installation works ensures the professional administration of the objects in manner which is non-arduous for the inhabitants. The Company cooperates with the Housing Associations transferring them its own knowledge and experience.
